We are an Internet Company with subsidiaries in Hannover and Berlin and develop primary in Java.

We have been working with Novosoft since February 2000 and have done many subprojects with Novosoft. The communication is going perfectly by email or with ICQ and Novosoft truly has excellent project developers.

It works as following:

You will start your first project and will get a project leader appointed, who will manage the developers in Novosirbirsk. The Project leader will make sure that you receive, on a regular basis, news and messages on the status of the project and will make sure he will find the most suitable developers for your project and will inform you about their particulars, to enable you to contact them yourself directly too.

When we want to start a new project, we send the specifications to our Project leader and the communications will continue mainly over ICQ. You can get an answer on your questions over ICQ within 1 or 2 minutes, so this does in fact mean that you can actually discuss "life" about complex problems.

Corresponding is in done in English and up to now they have also been able to understand passages in German, when they were hard to translate.

When a project was finished to the opinion of Novosoft, they requested us to perform a test run and informed if we were pleased with the end result and if they could invoice the sum of x, that was calculated as specified. The invoice has to pay to the American company.
